About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP, Senior AML Compliance Officer to join their Governance and Risk Frameworks team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the enterprise-wide AML Governance Framework, including the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the AML Escalation Standard. This role involves working closely with AML Senior Leadership to redefine key metrics and governance reports, as well as participating in projects related to changes in the AML governance or escalation framework. The candidate will also serve as a liaison to AML-managed Committees, support the AML Management Committee in various administrative tasks, and oversee the escalation of significant matters across AML. Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in the financial services industry, with a preference for those in roles requiring strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. The role demands a high level of integrity, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information. The ideal candidate will be energetic, a responsive team player, and highly proficient in MS Office. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. The position offers the opportunity to be part of a critical team that supports the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) / AML Officer and the head of AML Compliance Programs in the oversight and governance of the AML Program.
