Leasing Consultant – $22-23/hr | Weekly Pay | Immediate Start! Are you a people‑person with leasing experience and a passion for customer service? BGSF is hiring experienced Leasing Consultants to join top Property Management teams in San Francisco, CA! What You’ll Get: Pay: $22‑23/hour, based on experience Weekly Pay – direct deposit every Friday! Medical, Dental, Vision benefits + Paid Sick Leave (where applicable) Opportunities for Temp, Temp‑to‑Hire, and Direct Hire roles Work with top property management companies in your area What You’ll Be Doing: Greet and tour prospective residents, promoting available apartment homes Guide applicants through the leasing process and complete paperwork accurately Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of unit availability and pricing Submit work orders and resolve resident concerns with professionalism Support marketing efforts, social media content, and resident events Answer phone calls, manage emails, and handle general administrative duties What We’re Looking For: 6+ months of apartment or multifamily leasing experience – REQUIRED Working knowledge of Yardi, OneSite, or BlueMoon – a plus!
