Ardor Health Solutions is looking for a Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility - LTC/SNF to join our travel team in La Follette, TN! This is a full time travel contract position.

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Active TN EXT-Other (911) license
• 2+ years of Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility - LTC/SNF experience
• This position begins on 08/17/2026 and ends on 11/09/2026
