What We’re Looking For:

• Active RBT certification (required)
• Experience working with children in educational or behavioral health settings
• Demonstrated understanding of ABA principles and data collection techniques
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Adaptability and patience in dynamic school environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavioral intervention plans under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on student progress
• Offer day-to-day support to students with behavioral or developmental challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to achieve student goals
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging classroom atmosphere
