What You'll Do
- Provide specialized perioperative cardiovascular care for adult patients in the CVOR
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe and effective procedures
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to intraoperative changes
- Maintain detailed documentation using EPIC electronic medical records
- Adhere to all hospital protocols and safety standards
- Assist with preoperative assessments and postoperative recovery planning
- Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the surgical process
What You Need
- Current valid RN license in Louisiana or ability to obtain
- Minimum of 2 years' CVOR RN experience
- Certifications in BLS and ACLS
- Strong intraoperative nursing skills and experience with EPIC
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
