Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the mental health needs of patients, developing personalized treatment plans that address their unique challenges.

  • Facilitate ongoing communication between supervisors, healthcare professionals, families, and other parties involved in a patient’s care, ensuring everyone is informed of the patient's progress.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient interactions, treatment progress, and any necessary follow-up actions within Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.

  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing insights and strategies for improving patient care and program effectiveness.

  • Provide training and support to other team members on the execution of program plans, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality services across the board.

  • Conduct follow-up assessments through home visits or virtual check-ins as required to ensure continued progress toward patient goals.

  • Stay updated with legal, ethical, and best practice standards in mental health counseling to uphold the integrity of the counseling practice.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Recovery Wellbeing Counseling Center, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele that includes both adults and youth. Qualifications\n

  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
