As a Dietary Aide at Ingraham Manor Rehab and Nursing, you will play a vital role in ensuring the nutritional needs of our residents are met while providing a positive and respectful dining experience. Dietary Aide will be responsible for preparing and serving meals, snacks, and beverages to our residents, as well as assisting with food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining a safe and efficient environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages in a timely and efficient manner

• Assist with food preparation, including setup, cleanup, and sanitation

• Maintain accurate records of food temperatures, inventory, and resident preferences

• Ensure that all food and beverages are presented in an attractive and appealing manner

• Assist with laundry and cleaning of kitchen equipment and utensils

• Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure seamless meal service

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and their families

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods

• Availability to work varied shifts, including holidays and weekends
