SERVPRO of Bear/New Castle & SERVPRO of Upper Darby is seeking a driven, organized, and customer-focused Senior Restoration Project Manager to oversee mitigation projects from initial loss through completion. This position combines project management, leadership, customer service, emergency response, documentation, and team development. If you enjoy leading people, solving problems, helping customers through difficult situations, and taking ownership of results, we'd like to talk with you. This is not a desk job. Successful candidates will spend time in the field managing projects, meeting with customers, supporting crews, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and profitably.

What You'll Do

• Manage water, fire, mold, biohazard, and specialty cleaning projects from start to finish.
• Respond to emergency losses and assess property damages.
• Develop and oversee drying and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate crews, equipment, subcontractors, and resources.
• Maintain complete and accurate job documentation, photos, moisture readings, and notes.
• Communicate effectively with customers, adjusters, referral partners, and team members.
• Review project scopes and estimates.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.
• Identify reconstruction opportunities and assist in converting mitigation projects into reconstruction work.
• Train, mentor, and develop crew members.
• Lead by example and hold team members accountable to company expectations.

Qualifications

• Restoration, construction, mitigation, emergency services, or related industry experience preferred.
• Leadership, supervisory, or project management experience preferred.
• IICRC certifications are a plus but not required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• Ability to learn restoration software, documentation platforms, and estimating systems.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
