Registered Nurse / RN ER
Black Women's Mental Health Institute
Join our team as a full-time, night shift Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) in a community hospital setting. Responsibilities Include Assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting patient care to ensure quality and efficiency. Providing age-appropriate care by demonstrating knowledge of growth and development principles. Developing and modifying care plans aligned with standards and policies. Ensuring compliance with the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act. Supervising and monitoring LPNs as needed. Qualifications ADN or BSN degree. At least 1 year of ER experience. Oklahoma or multi-state RN license. BLS certification within 14 days of hire, ACLS and PALS within 30 days. Preferred Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC). Skills Strong assessment, critical thinking, and teamwork abilities are essential, along with adherence to safety and clinical standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr Black Women's Mental Health Institute
