Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

$2367.71/week - Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic hospital environment. This role involves variable shifts, including evenings and overnight, with flexible scheduling to meet patient and unit needs. Responsibilities: Administer direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring vital signs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Document patient information accurately and thoroughly using EPIC electronic health records. Respond promptly to emergency situations, providing critical interventions as needed. Adhere to facility protocols, safety standards, and compliance regulations. Maintain certifications and licensure, including BLS, ACLS, and PALS, ensuring ongoing compliance. Qualifications: Hold a valid California RN license with Nursys verification within the last two weeks. Possess at least 2 years of clinical experience in emergency nursing. Demonstrate proficiency in EPIC electronic health record systems. Maintain current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications through AHA or ARC. Exhibit strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Be able to work variable shifts, including nights and weekends.
