We have a growing Sales Department and are looking for licensed PC Agents (or soon-to-be) to sell non-standard auto insurance policies! We are providing personal lines insurance for the whole state of Florida, Texas Tennessee. We are looking for agents who are motivated to make a bonus on top of their hourly rate who will continue to push themselves to grow and who want to expand with our company. We do prefer Bilingual Spanish and English speakers. Possess strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills with the ability to close sales./liliBe people-oriented, customer-focused, and professionally assertive in developing new client relationships and servicing existing clients./liliPossess outstanding organizational skills with an ability to complete difficult assignments without supervision, sound business judgment, strong decision-making, and superior written and verbal communication skills./liliHave excellent time management skills, thrive in a team environment, and have Technology and Computer proficiency including agency management systems./li/ulpCompensation: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour/p/div
