We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Caregiver to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare of North Guilford County. As a trusted partner in senior care, we provide personalized support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, one-on-one care to clients in their homes, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social well-being

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Prepare meals, administer medication, and manage medical equipment as needed

• Promote independence, safety, and dignity in all aspects of care

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and internal teams

• Document and report client progress, concerns, and care plans to the team
