Patient Services Specialist

Job Description Our StudioEyes - Burbank clinic is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience and join us as a Patient Services Specialist ! In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service and support, enhancing the lives of our patients in a dynamic, and rewarding environment that values teamwork and collaboration. This position is a full-time role working 30-40 hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Saturday. What You’ll Do Greet and welcome patients to the clinic, manage patient check-in and check-out and engage with patients in person, by phone, and via email. Perform pre-testing to support comprehensive eye care. Coordinate appointments, prepare prescription printouts, and manage billing and payments. Manage eyewear pick-ups and perform minor repairs and adjustments on eyewear. Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring a positive patient experience. Support clinic operations by performing additional duties as required. What Do You Bring Bilingual (Spanish/English) is considered an asset. Previous retail experience is considered an asset. Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for connecting with patients and delivering exceptional patient experiences. A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive team player with a growth mindset, able to manage changing priorities effectively. A high school diploma or equivalent preferred. The expected starting compensation for this position is between $18.17 to $21.07 hourly, considering factors like experience, skills, and qualifications.
