About the Role:
Join Precious Little One Child Care Center as a Lead Toddler Teacher, where you will nurture and inspire young minds in a warm and engaging environment. We are looking for passionate educators to lead our toddler classroom and create a positive, enriching experience for our little ones.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for toddlers.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children.
- Observe and assess children's development and progress regularly.
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child's growth and daily activities.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance the learning experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom that promotes learning.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and health standards.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field; Bachelor's preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with toddlers in a childcare setting.
- CPR and First Aid certification required.
- Strong communication skills and a nurturing demeanor.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Passion for early childhood education and commitment to children's growth.
- Background check and clearances required.
