IT Technician

Providing timely and accurate technical assistance, the full-time salaried IT Technician II will support employees with hardware, software, and system applications, while managing IT support requests and maintaining technical documentation. Key responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for IT support within the organization Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues, responding to support requests Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware while updating technical documentation regularly Required qualifications 2+ years of experience working within IT Advanced knowledge of both Windows and Mac operating systems Intermediate troubleshooting capabilities for internet and network issues Experience with ServiceNow ticketing workflows and endpoint management tools Basic understanding of user account lifecycle in various SaaS applications
