Wireless Sales Representative

Position MOBILE ASSOCIATE / RETAIL ASSISTANT MANAGER (excluding promotions). Compensation Average all‑in pay $19–$23 per hour with bonuses and spiffs. New hire bonus of $400. Responsibilities Act as the face of the company and the primary contact for customers. Engage customers to drive sales and deliver an exceptional experience. Maintain store presentation and inventory. Meet or exceed sales targets. Work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. Follow company policies and procedures. Qualifications Minimum 18 years of age. Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. Background check may be performed as part of the hiring process. Ability to stand for long periods in a retail store environment. Ability to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
