This role supports a dynamic Family Medicine practice with current clinic operations Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM. In the future, clinic hours will expand to 7:00 AM–11:00 PM to enhance access to care. This position consists of 4 days of 10 hours and one flex/off day. (7:00AM - 5:30PM) Key Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities include managing provider in-baskets, performing patient triage, and conducting nurse visits. This position plays a critical role in supporting the entire clinic team while ensuring safe, efficient, and patient-centered care delivery. This role functions as a clinic flow coordinator, helping to maintain optimal patient throughput across Family Medicine. Pay Range $35.50 - $53.25 Where You Will Work: Atrium Health - One Health Family Medicine & Urgent Care, Center Square - Mooresville; 138 Center Square Drive. We offer Family Medicine for all ages, Urgent Care, Rheumatology, X-ray, and lab services. Our Family Medicine hours are Monday-Thursday 7AM-7PM and Friday 7AM-5:30PM. Our Urgent Care is open Monday-Friday, 10AM-8PM and Sat/Sun 8AM-6PM. The RN Flow position supports our Family Medicine providers with a schedule of 4 days with 10 hour shifts, but we are open to 5 days with 8 hour shifts. This position consists of working thoroughly through in-baskets for providers, triage, nurse visits, completion of forms/FMLA, and assisting clinical staff as needed with their providers.
