What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active California SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous experience in K-12 or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, staff, and families
• Ability to commit to fully onsite services—remote and hybrid applicants cannot be considered
• Organizational skills to adapt to evolving caseload details and school protocols

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted speech and language assessments and individualized therapy to students
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
• Maintain thorough documentation, progress tracking, and compliance with educational standards
• Consult with classroom teachers on strategies to support communication goals within the curriculum
• Creatively modify interventions as needed to support diverse learning needs
