Responsibilities

• Act as a product expert on all vehicle makes models and features available within Wickstrom Auto Group.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate vehicles and options.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to support and enhance the sales process.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive trends technologies and competitive offerings.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and provide detailed explanations of features and benefits.
• Assist in training staff on product knowledge and communicating key vehicle attributes.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of dealership inventory and upcoming vehicle arrivals.
