Graphic Design & Customer Experience Specialist

We are looking for a creative and organized Graphic Design and Customer Experience Specialist who enjoys combining graphic design, website updates, and customer support in a fast-paced, small-business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and edit artwork using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and/or Canva.
- Assist with website updates, product pricing and marketing content.
- Help customers select promotional products that meet their needs and prepare quotes
- Research product options through vendor resources
- Process orders and support order fulfillment
- Answer customer calls and assist with product inquiries
- Achieve familiarity with company inventory
Qualifications
- Experience with graphic design software (Illustrator (preferred), Photoshop and/or Canva.)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
Preferred But Not Required
- Experience with SAGE 50 Accounting software
- Experience working with promotional products, or branded products
- Experience with WordPress and WooCommerce
