Foster relationships with residents, understanding their personal stories and adapting programs to align with their preferences, abilities, and challenges. Collaborate with Care Partners and other departments to enhance the quality of life for residents. Design engaging event materials, including calendars and flyers, and update Touchtown displays to maximize resident participation. Market programs creatively to encourage participation, especially among residents who need additional motivation. Assist residents with program engagement, providing guidance, instruction, and encouragement. Qualifications & Skills 2+ years of activities experience.
