Academic Pediatric Endocrinologist
Our organization is looking for a passionate and motivated individual to become a part of the Pediatrics subspecialty faculty team at the Michigan State University College of Human Medicine, located in Flint, Michigan, in collaboration with Hurley Medical Center and Children’s Hospital.
Position Overview: We are seeking an academic pediatric endocrinologist to contribute to our residency program in Pediatrics. The ideal candidate should be board-certified or board-eligible if currently in training. This role includes responsibilities such as educating resident physicians and engaging actively as a faculty member.
Applicants should possess excellent interpersonal skills, be adept at teamwork, communicate effectively, and be comfortable with technology. A commitment to serving an urban population is essential.
Academic Appointment:
Faculty members at Hurley have the opportunity to apply for an academic position with the Michigan State University College of Human Medicine, with the rank determined by their experience.
Loan Forgiveness:
Eligible candidates may qualify for loan forgiveness under the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program for student debt.
Visa Status:
We may accept H1-B visa applications.
