What You'll Need:

• Valid state license and certification as a Physical Therapist
• Strong clinical skills with experience in outpatient settings preferred
• Ability to manage a busy caseload with professionalism and compassion
• Excellent communication and patient-interaction skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with diverse patient populations
• Knowledge of current therapy practices and innovative treatment approaches
• Prior experience in a multi-clinic environment

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Prior outpatient OT experience preferred but not required
• New graduates are welcome to apply!

Additional Requirements:

• Schedule includes 36 guaranteed hours, up to 40 hours per week with prior approval for overtime from the director
• Willingness to occasionally float to other clinics is not required
• Expect to treat 12-14 patients daily, with a productivity goal of 60 visits per week
• Patient population primarily outpatient, with typical follow-up visits, including some double-booking
