Open role for Jacksonville:

Maintenance Technician

• Ensure all property equipment is functioning and premises are maintained in pristine condition. Responsibilities include responding to guest requests, performing repairs from work orders, completing preventative maintenance inspections, maintaining grounds and common areas, ensuring fire safety equipment is operational, and managing maintenance tools and inventory. Handle or assist with emergency response when needed. Occasional travel to additional sites within a reasonable geography may be required.
