Job Description: This role focuses on .NET development in support of a merger initiative, specifically enhancing and integrating a desktop-based telephony application. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with REST APIs and WPF, as the work involves adapting a proprietary, agent-facing application to operate within the infrastructure of the acquiring organization. This platform serves as a critical middle layer between call center systems and the agent interface, supporting functionality such as call recording, audio and video processing, transcription, automated summaries, biller connectivity, and AI-driven capabilities.
