Position Responsibilities Support campus administration, faculty, staff, and students Receive oral and written orders from the building administrator Perform work according to procedures and by building operational schedule Makes minor carpentry, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs Perform painting and touch-up painting Empty waste baskets Replace light bulbs Set up and tear down chairs, tables, and equipment for meetings Follow all applicable safety rules and procedures Additional duties may be required Work in a manner that reflects the character of Jesus Walk in humility – a servant leader Requirements Agrees with Cascade Christian Schools Statement of Faith and Teaching Statements High school diploma or equivalent Able to work well as part of a team Must be punctual and reliable Ability to move consistently for up to eight hours per day Prior job-related experience in custodial procedures and building maintenance with increasing levels of responsibility Skills to operate standard custodial equipment Knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations related to the handling of cleaning supplies and chemicals Superior customer service and relational skills Ability to perform prolonged physical activity, including standing, reaching, lifting up to fifty pounds, handling, and fingering Able to work independently and understand and carry out oral and written instructions Willing to complete Criminal Justice fingerprint clearance, CPR, and first aid training Start Date: ASAP Work Hours: 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm Salary Range: $19.50-$22.50 per hour, depending on experience Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Sick and Personal Leave, K-12 Tuition Discount, Employee Assistance Program, Leadership Development Program, and Life Insurance.
