What You'll Do

In this role, you'll assist members through a variety of channels, including video, chat, phone, email, and secure messaging, providing friendly and professional service while answering questions and resolving concerns. You'll process a variety of financial transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and check cashing, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You'll also help identify products and services that may benefit members, maintain accurate records and documentation, and collaborate with teammates to ensure members receive the support they need. As you grow in the role, you'll participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to continue building your knowledge and skills.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Basic computer skills and comfort learning new systems
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable and reliable work habits
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
