Assistant Manager

Assistant Manager As an Assistant Manager, you will help operate our restaurants on a day-to-day basis. You will assist the General Manager to ensure every shift runs smoothly. You’ll also help with local store marketing to meet sales and profit goals and support team members through performance and training initiatives. Responsibilities Operate daily restaurant operations and support the General Manager. Ensure shifts run smoothly and meet standards. Assist with local store marketing and promotion of sales goals. Support team members through performance management and training initiatives. Qualifications At least 6 months of restaurant or retail management experience. Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service. Eligible to work in the U.S. Pay $16.00 - $20.00 per hour. Base hourly pay range is low to high end of the range and actual placement varies by factors such as experience, education, training, location, and minimum wage.
