About the Role
The Company is in search of an Assistant Chief Administrative Officer (ACAO) to join its executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be a trusted partner, providing strategic leadership across the organization's operations and ensuring the effective implementation of Board priorities. This role is pivotal in overseeing the County Administration Department, which includes budget and policy analysis, emergency management, economic development, and Clerk of the Board functions. The ACAO will also be instrumental in organizational performance, strategic planning, policy development, and leading complex Countywide initiatives, particularly in the context of the company's recent focus on strengthening core operations and enhancing service delivery.
