A highly respected regional law firm with a longstanding presence throughout New England is actively seeking attorneys across multiple transactional and business practice areas. With approximately 150 attorneys across seven offices, the firm is known for handling sophisticated legal matters while maintaining a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture that offers meaningful client contact, mentorship, and long-term career development.
Unlike many firms that operate under rigid compensation and billable hour formulas, this organization evaluates attorneys holistically based on performance, client service, leadership potential, and overall contributions. Job Details
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Strong drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills
Prior law firm experience preferred
Portable business is welcomed but not required for most opportunities
