The role involves providing high-quality, one-on-one chiropractic care to a primarily young adult population in a collaborative environment.The practice offers a competitive compensation package, bonus opportunities, and potential for long-term partnership.ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality, one-on-one patient-centered chiropractic careUtilize X-ray imaging for diagnosis and treatment planningDevelop customized treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary teamEducate patients on wellness, exercise, and long-term recoveryDocument and track patient progress in compliance with clinic policiesBuild positive relationships with patients and contribute to a collaborative team environmentQualificationsValid New York Chiropractic LicenseNew graduates are welcome to applyMinimum 1 year of experience preferredCandidates should have no more than 5 years of chiropractic experiencePPO setting experience is a plusStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary teamWillingness to learn and grow within the practiceScheduleMonday-Friday: 11:00 AM-7:00 PMOptional Saturday: 10:00 AM-3:00 PMNo regular on-call requirementNo required weekend schedulePatient PopulationPrimarily young adultsTypical age range: 20-40 yearsCompensationSalary: Commensurate with experienceBonus structure available after one yearPotential partnership opportunities for long-term team membersBenefitsMalpractice insurancePaid time offCompetitive bonus systemPotential partnership opportunitiesSupportive professional development environment
