Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships by understanding patients' physical, mental, and emotional needs. Celebrate progress and victories with patients. Qualifications Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations. CPR certification. Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience.
