Job Summary

As a Sales Associate, youll support multiple areas of the store from stocking shelves and organizing the yard to assisting with deliveries and helping customers find what they need. Youll gain exposure to tools, building materials, outdoor equipment, and customer service while working alongside a team thats here to support your success.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with loading purchases

• Stock shelves and help keep store and yard areas organized

• Assist with unloading incoming freight

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Learn and follow store policies and safety standards

• Support various departments as needed (lumber, tools, rentals, etc.)

• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided)

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Willingness to learn and take direction
  
  
• Able to lift up to 80 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the day

• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all weather

• Ability to work a flexible schedule , including weekends

• Prior retail, warehouse, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
