Job Title: Final Inspector - Aerospace Manufacturing (2nd Shift)
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Pay: $20-23.00
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

What You'll Do

Perform final inspections on aerospace parts and assemblies before transfer or shipment
Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, customer specs, and strict quality standards
Use precision tools including micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and dial indicators
Conduct inspections using CMM and Micro-View systems
Identify and document defects; generate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when needed
Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation
Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve issues quickly
Keep your workspace clean, organized, and inspection-ready at all times

What You Bring

Experience in final inspection within manufacturing or aerospace preferred
Strong ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T
Hands-on experience with precision measuring equipment
Familiarity with CMM and Micro-View is a plus
Exceptional attention to detail -you catch what others miss
Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
Solid math, problem-solving, and basic computer skills (Word/Excel)
