Trauma-Informed Shelter Program Assistant

Compass Housing Alliance is seeking a Program Assistant in Seattle to observe, record, and respond to the comings and goings of guests and staff. You will support a trauma-informed service approach within a unionized team and help maintain a safe environment at Otto’s Place Enhanced Shelter. The role requires English proficiency, ability to work Sunday–Thursday 8am–4pm, and collaboration with the Program Supervisor.
