Job description:
Northstar Steel & Aluminum is a trusted supplier of precision metal products and value-added processing services. Serving customers throughout New England, we specialize in aluminum plate cutting, cold rolled bar distribution, and custom flame cutting for industrial and manufacturing clients.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions and resolve order issues with warehouse staff.
- Coordinate shipping, delivery, and inventory logistics.
- Work closely with sales, operations, and purchasing departments.
- Support day-to-day operational processes.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail oriented and dependable.
- Able to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Computer skills.
- Prior customer service experience a plus.
