JOB DESCRIPTION :

One of the hospitals is looking for Routine Outpatient Pediatrics in Brick, NJ

Coverage:

Days : 12/28,12/29.12/30.

Time 9am-5 pm, 8 Hours coverage

Need to have NJ Med license, Fed DEA.

Routine Outpatient Pediatrics.

PPD : 18-22

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• Must be Board Certified
• Must have NJ license and DEA at time of presentation
• Must have clean background and Malpractice history- if file has malpractice must email MSP coordinator for approval before presentation submitted.
• Must be Board Certified
• Must have NJ license at time of presentation*will accept non licensed candidates with IMLC*
• Will accept providers that need to get a NJ Med license, Fed DEA.
• Must have clean background and malpractice
• Must submit EPA and NPDB with presentation
• Must send availability with presentation

AS A REMINDER:

• All candidates must have met the minimum shift availability listed on the job.
• CV must have all dates in MM/YY to MM/YY format
• Work History must be in Sequential order with most recent on top
• Any Gaps over 30 days must be explained on the CV
• EPA (Please use the attached EPA. Its also in Trio under your Name & then click on Help)
• All Licenses, Boards and Certs with expiration dates must be listed on CV
• Anyone with malpractice must provide a NPDB
• Anyone with legal issues must provide supporting documents

• Holiday coverage
