Marketing Coordinator – Winar Connection

Position: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Richfield Ohio (Onsite)

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to help strengthen our brand and increase visibility across all digital and traditional platforms.

Position Overview:

The Marketing Coordinator at Winar Connection will support and execute marketing initiatives that enhance our brand presence, communicate our capabilities, and engage both customers and prospects. This role involves content creation, digital marketing, social media management, website coordination, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Ky Responsibilities:

• Create and manage content for LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms
• Develop marketing literature, product sheets, case studies, and promotional materials
• Work closely with external partners on website development, updates, and optimization
• Coordinate with vendors for branded merchandise, promotional items, and marketing projects
• Support the Winar Connection website
• Assist with video creation, photography, and visual storytelling
• Maintain consistency of Winar’s brand identity across all materials
• Support the development and maintenance of Sales and Marketing analytics
• Track key performance indicators for digital campaigns and social posts
• Conduct market and competitor research to support marketing strategy
• Support trade show preparation, customer presentations, and sales enablement materials
• Manage the marketing calendar and ensure timely execution of initiatives

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of marketing experience (internships included)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing LinkedIn and YouTube content
• Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud
• Understanding of website management or CMS platforms
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of independent work
• MUST HAVE very strong Excel skills
• BI or CRM experience is a plus
