The objective of the role is to effectively use human resources to accomplish the goals, mission, and vision of the Cybersecurity business teams through positive HR employee relations. The HR Business Partner reports to HR management and works closely day‑to‑day with the business management team. This role will be responsible for handling various conflict resolutions, delivering policy information, and proposing solutions to enhance employee growth and retention. Essential Functions Proactively recommends approaches and performs continual improvements in employee relationships by learning cybersecurity business goals. Partner with Business/HR managers to support management with employee growth and retention by conducting and leading all conflict resolution, legal compliance, and facilitating medical requests. Conduct timely internal research on employees’ various concerns such as wage concerns, overseeing health and safety procedures, handling workplace disputes, improving communication, addressing harassment and bullying, and clarifying company policy. Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders by understanding the evolving cybersecurity market landscape and aligning HR strategies to meet dynamic business and customer needs. Challenge existing HR policies and practices by applying innovative, outside‑the‑box thinking tailored to the unique demands of a growing cybersecurity organization. Collaborate closely with business leaders to integrate workforce planning that supports a mix of contractors, service contractors, and full‑time employees, ensuring flexible resourcing aligned with customer‑driven priorities. Provide insights on competitive pay structures and career pathing influenced by customer requirements and market trends to support talent attraction and retention. Serve as a liaison between the cybersecurity business teams and the broader TTS HR organization to ensure alignment while advocating for the specific needs of Cybersecurity employees. Analyze workforce metrics and feedback to identify trends impacting employee satisfaction and business performance, recommending targeted interventions. Assist hiring process by creating/maintaining job descriptions. Fair and consistent thought process to handle and resolve complex Employee Relations and Human Resource issues. Good documentation skills. SPHR/PHR or SHRM‑CP is preferred. Related Cybersecurity experience or knowledge preferred. Requirements Required Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 5 years' experience in the Human Resources Department and as part of an Employee Relations team. Experience in investigating and administering leaves of absence, with knowledge of short‑term disability, long‑term disability, FMLA, etc. Experience in ensuring all employees and management adhere to all company policies, including paid time off policies. Experience in handling and resolving complex Employee Relations and Human Resource issues. Experience in implementing and communicating policies and procedures to managers and team members, including creating and conducting training opportunities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
