Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. Job Details Schedule: Days shift, 8 shift hours, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Required Qualifications: California Physical Therapist (PT) license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Valid drivers license and auto insurance Proficiency with required computer and technology competencies Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities while meeting expected timelines Preferred Qualifications: EPIC experience Prior experience and competencies related to outpatient physical therapy, including functional capacity examination (FCE), mobility training, and patient/family education Additional Information: Interdisciplinary support includes Physical Therapy and Social Services. Weekend coverage is not specified for this role. Pre-contract orientation includes 80 orientation hours. The role includes holiday observance on New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day (holidays begin at 7:00 PM the night before the holiday and end at 7:00 AM the day after). Only 1 holiday per contract can be requested.
