Early Head Start Home Visitor at Community Action Program Belknap-Merrimack Counties (CAPBM) – Location: Belknap-Merrimack Counties, NH; Hours: Full-time (Mon‑Fri, 37.5 hours/week); Salary: $18.73–$25.61 per hour, depending on education and experience. Responsibilities Provide weekly home visits to home‑based families. Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate curriculum in collaboration with parents during visits. Support families by sharing information about resources and guiding them through the referral process. Collaborate with the program team to plan group activities and educational opportunities for parents. Maintain accurate records of visit content and child/parent progress. Qualifications Education: CDA (Certified Developmental Assistant) related to early childhood; or Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Social Services, or related field. Experience: Preferable previous Head Start or Early Head Start experience; prior home‑visiting experience is also preferred. Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with young children and families; basic computer literacy. Characteristics: Attention to detail, confidentiality, problem‑solving, commitment to a positive workplace and early childhood experience. Credentials: Successful completion of criminal record check; CPR and First Aid certification.
