Company Overview Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services for individuals experiencing opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness throughout Arizona. Job Summary The Patient Services Specialist is responsible for front‑end business operations for the assigned clinic, including patient registration, verification of demographic information, creating and maintaining electronic patient charts, answering incoming calls and routing them as needed, scheduling intake appointments in the CBI EHR/EPM scheduling system, and conducting insurance verifications. The role also identifies patient financial responsibility, refers uninsured patients to funding sources or AHCCCS screening, and coordinates follow‑up appointments. Skills & Requirements High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare preferred. 1‑3 years of experience with insurance verification and/or front‑desk operations in a medical office setting (preferred but not required). Knowledge of AHCCCS, insurance processes, and strong customer‑service skills. Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
