Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting within a full-service acute care hospital
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using Meditech electronic health records
• Adhere to all unit guidelines, floating policies, and attendance requirements as directed
• Maintain compliance with dress code standards, including scrub color requirements and professional appearance policies
• Float to other units as needed per facility floating policy

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience
• Proficiency with Meditech documentation system
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a fast-paced critical care environment
• Compliance with facility appearance standards including natural nails, neat hair, covered tattoos, and no visible non-ear piercings

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a Level III Trauma Center or comparable acute care environment
• Familiarity with cardiovascular, stroke, or other complex critical care patient populations
• Relevant specialty certifications (e.g., CCRN) are a plus
