Onto Innovation strives to optimize customers’ critical path of progress by making them smarter, faster and more efficient.Job Summary & ResponsibilitiesThe Master Scheduling is responsible for developing and maintaining the master production schedule to meet customer demand, optimize capacity, and ensure on-time delivery. Reporting to the Manger of Global Planning, collaborates with supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and engineering to align production plans with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesMaster Schedule Ownership: Develop, maintain, and communicate the master production schedule across all product lines and factories. Ensure alignment with demand forecasts and inventory targets.Capacity & Resource Planning: Analyze capacity constraints, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to meet delivery commitments.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales operations, procurement, and engineering to resolve scheduling conflicts align configurations and support new product introductions.Performance Monitoring: Track schedule performance using KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools. Communicate status and risks to leadership.Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices for scheduling efficiency, leveraging analytics and ERP/MRP systems.QualificationsExperience: 8+ years in production planning or scheduling, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
