Leading a successful Sales Team in Canada, the full-time Regional Sales Director will drive sales methodologies, mentor Account Executives, and ensure the team meets or exceeds quotas while operating in a dynamic environment. Key responsibilities Lead the Sales Team in following sales methodologies and utilizing CRM systems effectively Provide mentorship to Account Executives on prospecting techniques and account management Conduct periodic business reviews, assess team performance, and guide personal and professional development Required qualifications Proven track record of overachievement in leading sales teams in a hyper-growth startup environment Strong understanding of cloud environments and data security, with a preference for candidates with a background in cloud security or AI sales Ability to communicate effectively with executive-level customers and internal teams Experience in managing CRM and opportunity management systems Self-starter with a motivated attitude to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
