JOB DESCRIPTION (Locum):
• Schedule Hours for Clinic /Hospital 8-5 Tuesday, Thursday clinic
• Schedule Days Clinic /Hospital 8-5 Monday, Wednesday OR/GI lab
• Number of patients seen per day in clinic 15-20
• Call Night /Weekend - yes
• What are the days for Call Sun-Thurs
• What Time does the Call start 7a
• What Time does Call end 7a
• Call will be for assigned, unassigned, or both assigned and unassigned patients both
• Call response time required? (15 min? 20 min?) 30 min
• Call Ratio Call Back % varies
• Average Phone consults while on call varies
• Average admissions while on call varies
• Average patients seen while on call varies
