Help patients find the perfect frames that fit their look and lifestyle

Customize and adjust eyewear for comfort and precision

Share your expertise on lens and style options to enhance vision and confidence

Provide friendly, knowledgeable service that makes every visit enjoyable

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

The following are helpful but not required:

• Previous customer service experience
• Previous optical, optometry, healthcare, or customer service experience
• Experience assisting patients with frame selection and lens options
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and patient-focused personality
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with measurements, numbers, and basic computer systems
• Ability to explain products and recommendations clearly
• Sales experience with a service-focused approach
• Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to learn
• ABO certification or optical training is a plus, but not required

• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Shift: 8-hour shifts
• Evenings: None
• Weekends: None
• Pay Range: minimum $14.00 per hour; final pay is based on relevant experience and qualifications
