Teacher of the handicapped or Teacher of students with disabilities and endorsement certificate for K-6 or K-8 Experience Prior classroom experience working with children with disabilities or developmental delays is desirable Demonstrated expertise in classroom management, behavior management techniques, and lesson planning tailored for diverse learners. Experience working with students who have autism spectrum disorder (ASD), hearing impairments such as deaf education needs, or other special needs populations. Proven ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams while maintaining a positive attitude focused on child-centered outcomes.
