Act tactically to minimize potential liabilities and protect client interests. Draft and review motions, pleadings, and discovery responses and participate in depositions. Collaborate with clients and counsel to devise the most effective litigation strategies. Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and ethical guidelines of legal practice. What You Bring Juris Doctor Degree and Arizona State Bar admission required. Must bill at least 160 hours/month. Proven experience as a senior attorney, specifically in insurance defense litigation for trucking and premises background. Excellent judgement with an ability to strategize and negotiate effectively.
