Home Health Aides, Personal Caregivers, CNAs, and Caregivers play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care and support to individuals who require assistance with their daily activities and personal care needs.

Responsibilities:
- Provide basic personal care services such as grooming, bathing, and dressing
- Assist with mobility, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
- Monitor and report changes in the client’s health status
- Offer emotional support and companionship to clients
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for the client
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare providers
- Adhere to care plans and schedules set by the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification as a Home Health Aide, Personal Caregiver, CNA, or Caregiver preferred
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
